Apps made available through the App Store will be granted and not sold. Your license for each application is subject to prior approval of this end-of-year license license agreement (“STANDARD EULA”) or a personalized end-user license agreement between you and the application provider (“Custom EULA”), if one of them is provided. Your license for an Apple application under this standard CLA or custom CLA is granted by Apple, and your license for any third-party application under this standard CLA or custom CLA is granted by the application provider of that third-party application. Each application submitted to this C.A.C.A. is called a “licensed application.” The app provider or Apple (“licensee”) reserves all rights to and from the licensed application that was not expressly granted to you under this standard BUM. Application licenses will be provided to you by Apple or a third-party provider (“application provider”). If you are a customer of Apple Distribution International Ltd. is the reseller of Record Apple Distribution International Ltd., which means that you purchase the license from Apple Distribution International Ltd. but the application is licensed by the application provider.
An Apple-licensed application is an “Apple App,” an app licensed by an app provider is a “third-party app.” Apple acts as an agent for app providers when making the App Store available and is not a party to the sales contract or usage agreement between you and the app provider. Every application you purchase is subject to the end-of-the-year license license agreement (“standard JAMBIE” below), unless Apple or the app provider offers a custom licensing agreement (“Custom EULA”). The application provider of a third-party application is solely responsible for its content, warranties and claims that you may have associated with the third-party application. You acknowledge and consent that Apple is a third party beneficiary of the standard CLA or C.A.C.A., which applies to any third-party application, and can therefore apply such an agreement. Some applications, z.B. Stickers and iMessage apps, may not appear on the device`s springboard, but can be viewed and used in the new app drawer. Apps may offer content, services or features for use within these apps (“In-app purchases”). In-app purchases consumed while using the app (p.B virtual gems) cannot be transferred between devices and can only be downloaded once.
You need to authenticate your account before making in-app purchases – separate from any authentication to get other content – by typing your password or using Touch ID or Face ID. You can make additional in-app purchases for 15 minutes without re-authenticating, unless you`ve asked us to request a password for each purchase or have enabled Touch ID or Face ID. You can disable the ability to make in-app purchases by following the following instructions: support.apple.com/HT201304. – For each service, you may have connected up to 10 devices (but only 5 computers at most) at the same time as your Apple ID, although simultaneous streams or content downloads may be limited to a small number of devices, as described below under Apple Music and Apple TV.
