13.3.1 From the 2017/18 school year: The president of Local 37 receives from the board of directors a salary in force in accordance with the collective agreement and is subject to its provisions. Notwithstanding other provisions of the collective agreement, the local may set a higher salary or higher salary, which is communicated to the Human Resources Service Centre. 188.8.131.52 The Liaison Committee should serve as a means of communication and cooperation outside the framework of collective bargaining.
